The European Pickleball Championship opened this morning at 09:30 in the Olympic Stadium in the Italian capital Rome. 28 nations are sending their teams to Rome.
Around 400 players from 28 nations will compete in the European Pickleball Championships until Sunday, September 21, 2025.
The Swiss pickleball players had to qualify for the Swiss Championships in the Swiss Pickleball Tour 2025 in the singles, doubles and mixed doubles disciplines. All in an open age group and 50+. The winners received a ticket for the European Championships in Rome and were able to proudly represent Switzerland!
