UPDATE Winterthur
On Monday, November 6, 2023, the renovation of the Grüze tennis hall began. Four new indoor pickleball courts are being built on the former tennis court 1 (hard court, Regupol construction, similar to Rebound Ace, see appendix). The new sport is inspiring, the mixture of tennis, table tennis and badminton is simply fun.
These will be the first four indoor pickleball courts in Switzerland - history is being written!
Opening event is on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 2 to 5 pm.
- You can play and test the new courses for free!
- The Swiss Pickleball Association will be on site and will be available to answer questions about pickleball.
- Pro Pickleball will be on site with over 40 demo paddles. You can borrow the paddles and test them on the newest courses in Switzerland.
Price after the renovation will be CHF 35 for 60 minutes. In a 10-person subscription CHF 30 per 60 minutes. Equipment can also be hired.
